'34 Nomads Cycling Club SPONSORED BY GEM HYGIENE News, Letters, Announcements ______________________________________________________________________
CLUB TRACK TRAINING DAY on Saturday 2nd April at Newport Stuart has booked a session at Newport track for the club between 2pm and 6pm. Details aren’t finalised yet as far as numbers, but Stuart says that we could fit in three squads of 15 riders, enabling us to fit in riders of all levels. However I think that the number of spectators, supporters and or photographers would be unlimited! Bikes are available to hire if you want to join in. Stuart (or Adam) will be arranging a meal afterwards at a local restaurant before the drive back home. It is envisaged that we go in our own vehicles, but car sharing would be a good idea. Start (and Park) at the top of Yorks Hill. There is plenty of room to park. Note: This is a new date and it’s not the same as in the Yellow Book as it clashed with the Track Day.! I list the year’s club event programme overleaf, with more course details. The Surrey League event is on the same course as last year, it was a good evening with Tea and Cakes afterwards.
